Upliftiq Cleaning is the kind of company we wanted to hire ourselves when we first moved to Kuala Lumpur. Reliable, communicative, fair on price - and the same friendly faces every visit.

Our story

Started in 2017, still hand-picking every cleaner.

The company began with one team of two cleaning Sri Hartamas apartments on weekends. Word got around, the calendar filled and a year later we incorporated as Upliftiq Cleaning Solutions Sdn Bhd. Today we operate a quiet, calm operation out of Plaza Mont Kiara with eighteen full-time staff and a wait-list for new regulars.

We have stayed deliberately small. Every cleaner trains for ten days before going solo. Supervisors do at least three random spot checks per month. And the founder still does the final walk-through on every post-renovation handover.

Fair pay, then fair price

Cleaners earn well above the KL average and keep 100% of any tip. Our prices reflect that - not the cheapest, but the team you actually want in your home.

Written quotes only

You see the price, the time estimate and the checklist before the visit. If we cannot deliver something, we say so up-front. No vague "starting from" baits.

Quietly thorough

Skirting boards, under the sofa, the top of the fridge. The boring corners are the ones that make a clean feel real - and they are the ones we never skip.

Hiring

We are choosy about who joins.

Every applicant goes through a paid trial week, a Polis Diraja Malaysia record check and a reference call with the previous employer. The bar is high because the homes we look after are personal.
