Upliftiq Cleaning Solutions Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 1547823-W), at Suite 12-3A Plaza Mont Kiara, 2 Jalan Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, is the data controller for any personal information collected through upliftiq.bond.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp), service address when you book, and any notes you add to the booking. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect sensitive personal data within the meaning of the PDPA 2010.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a written quote.
- To schedule, deliver and follow up on the cleaning visit.
- To send you booking-related reminders and receipts.
- For internal record-keeping and our own quality reviews.
Who sees it
Our office staff and the lead cleaner assigned to your booking. We do not share your details with marketing partners. Our payment processor sees only the transaction amount and your card details, never your address or notes.
Cookies and analytics

How long we keep it
Active client records: while you are a regular plus 12 months. Enquiries that did not convert: 90 days. Tax-relevant invoices: 7 years, as required by Malaysian law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.
Changes to this policy
We will post material changes on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
