No. The crew brings microfibres, mops, vacuum, brushes and detergents tailored to your surfaces. If you would rather we use your own products, just leave them out and let us know.
Absolutely. The majority of our regulars are at work during the visit. We can collect keys ahead of time, use a key safe or coordinate with concierge. Every cleaner is background-checked and our supervisor logs the arrival and departure for you.
For a one-off maintenance clean we usually have slots within 48 hours. Deep cleans need three or four days of notice. For post-renovation handovers, ideally a week so we can scope the unit and assemble the right size team.
The default kit is plant-based and fragrance-light. We only swap to stronger disinfectants for bathroom drains and mould areas, and we ventilate afterwards. If your pet has a known sensitivity, mention it in the brief and we will avoid that ingredient entirely.
