Three-pass system for new builds and renos
Renovation dust is the enemy. Even after a contractor sweeps, fine particles settle in vents, on tops of cabinets and inside skirting joints. Our three-pass system - HEPA dry vacuum, wet wipe, polish - removes the dust at every level so it does not redistribute when the air conditioning comes back on.
For larger units we deploy a six-person team across two days. We coordinate with your project manager, ID, or condo concierge directly.

HEPA dry pass
Industrial HEPA-13 vacuums on every surface, vent, edge and ceiling cornice. Builders' rubble removed and bagged.
Wet pass
Walls, doors, frames, skirtings and tiles wiped with neutral detergent. Silicone smears scraped, paint speckles dissolved.
Polish pass
Glass, mirrors, stainless steel, taps and chrome polished. Floors mopped and dried for handover photos.
