Years of tropical humidity, coffee splashes and pet hair can settle into fabric. Hot water extraction lifts it all back out.
What hot water extraction does
A pH-neutral pre-spray loosens body oils, dust mites and tropical mould spores. A hot-water rinse, injected at about 90°C, flushes the loosened material out of the fibre. A powerful vacuum draws almost all the moisture back out so the fabric dries clean and faster than you would expect.
For mattresses we add a UV-C sanitising pass to deal with dust mites without chemicals.
